Data & Account Deletion

How to delete your Signalya account and data, either in the app or on request.

Delete from the app

1. Open Signalya and go to Profile → Settings.

2. Tap “Delete account”.

3. Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are scheduled for deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@signalya.app from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.

What gets deleted

To be completed / validated by legal counsel
  • Your account information (identifier, phone/email, display name, avatar).
  • The link between you and your reports and confirmations.

    • What may be kept: data already aggregated and anonymized (which no longer identifies you) and items we are legally required to retain. [[review — specify]]
